"All the elements were there from the start, and I've come to find out that it's capable of more each time I play it. It just felt like "of course this is my guitar". I'm not really a nuts and bolts kinda person so feel and sound is what I tend to go by when I'm trying out new instruments. The weight, balance, tone, design, and hardware are just the right combinations. All the way down to the overall appearance.... unified and complete. The attention to detail is so obvious. Knowing the guys at Rhinehart, and witnessing their passion for this first hand is very inspiring. They truly care for the people that will end up behind their guitars, and that alone speaks volumes..."

""Great guitars have a very specific feel which can be felt instantly from the minute you hold and play them. Some of it is just the basic comfort in how it sits and feels to your hands, but I think the main part is how it responds to your touch and technique. A great guitar can really bring to light the skills and flaws of the player. In my Rhinehart guitar (and any other Rhinehart I've played) I've found these traits to be true. I've gone through a lot of guitars of various companies and have only "fallen in love with" and kept a few to be my main guitars; the Rhinehart is one of them. It took the place of a Fender, in fact. These guys make great stuff and they will make it custom to fit your needs. I told Darin I needed a guitar versatile for country tones with Levi Riggs, rock tones for Of Lions and Men, and if possible something that could go from a nice jazz jam "woody tone" to a heavy post punk sound in the same night. The Rhinehart RBG he hooked me up with does all this. Big props to Rhinehart. Quality is their art."

"I love my Rhinehart Tele. They talked to me in detail about what I was looking for in terms of styling and tone, and still managed to surprise me with finishing touches, higher-end-than-necessary components and flawless finish work. When I met the Rhinehart crew at a show in Indianapolis it was easy to see how incredibly (and justifiably) proud and passionate they are about the work they do.
The guitar has been wonderful. We've been doing re-records of the Toad singles and I've been using it all over the place."
Thanks again for the great instrument

Firstly thanks so much for a very fine instrument.
I've been playing it regularly live so here are my comments:
"The fit and finish of this instrument is outstanding. The nitro finish is thicker than other instruments I've owned but I've grown fond of it. It is a very handsome instrument and everyone who sees it comments on its cool looks. I love the mother of pearl dots and the matching pickguard. Obviously the neck is a different animal and it is a gorgeous piece of wood that begs to be played.
The HipShot accessories are a great choice. The tuners are very smooth and solid.I had considered replacing them initially but have grown to like them. The bridge is awesome. I like the traditional tele concept but with the modern updates. This guitar is well appointed and is extremely playable. The neck is the perfect width for my playing and hands. I love the jumbo frets and the neck plays really fast and has a great feel. Also compliments on the joint where the neck meets the body - I've always considered this one of the most important aspects of a well built instrument. Your joint fits like a glove, well done."

Thank you again for the beautiful guitar and I hope I can be of assistance.

"My Rhinehart RBG is stunning! The feel of this guitar is spectacular and its sound is HUGE; full and thick but not muddy and with glassy highs. For the sound of a Paul with the feel of a Tele, the Rhinehart RBG is perfect! The look is classy and classic!

Darin, George, and Eric are great to work with and eager to get the job done right. Rhinehart Guitars recently repaired my tele and it is now better than when new!

The next time I'm in the market for a guitar, I won't hesitate to have Rhinehart Guitars build it for me!

"First, I want to say thanks for the work and effort put into my Rhinehart Guitars Custom. I play between 150 to 200 shows a year and need a solid instrument(s) to get the job done, my GL57 Custom also gets thrown into the mix. The Rhinehart Custom guitar is extremely durable and very playable. I look to keep a constant feel between my axes and the Rhinehart fits right in. I am now using it in place of my old '63 Strat. This is along with my '57 Relic and a Custom of my own. I had the GL57 fitted with a Clapton A style neck, which is a bit different, but unique for the feel in the palm of your hand. The pick-ups are the same as my custom neck Dimarzio Heavy Blue, Middle Area 57, and a split rail Seymore Duncan in the bridge position.
This gives me all my blues tone, plus lets me light it up when needed.

I would highly recommend these customs to any player or collector that likes great attention to detail in their instrument.

Thanks again,

Gus Lambros

Every guitar player goes through a quest throughout life, looking for the guitar that feels perfect in their hands and has the sound that makes them pick the guitar up just to hear it sing. I believe I have now found that guitar. I recently obtained my first Rhinehart guitar; the guitar and it's components have been thought out significantly. Previously I had been playing a Gibson Custom Les Paul and a variety of U.S.A Fender Stratocasters; let me tell you now, those guitars do not compare to a custom built Rhinehart guitar. The biggest flaw I find in a guitar is the reliability (hardware). I do not have any problems with my Rhinehart though, the all U.S.A components and the Hipshot hardware is incredible. When I am on stage I have no worries if the guitar is going to perform to its peak. The performance is then left up to me, because I know the guitar will do its job flawlessly. As I have gotten the opportunity to meet some of the guys at Rhinehart, I have gotten the chance to witness their passion for building a quality instrument. To finish things up I would like to thank all the guys at Rhinehart. I am truly impressed.

Thanks,

Zach Day
